Our children..are we being too hard ?

Okay, well,my husband is blasian(chinese, japanese, bajan(black).),and I am a mix of japanese, black, white, and native american. My husband is a very very hard working man,and at times he can be fun.We have twins, ages 4,a girl and a boy,and they love doing things by themselves. My daughter loves to draw, color.paint, and take nature walks with my husband, her brother, and I.My father in law,he is teaching them how to speak traditional chinese, and japanese, and my husband and I have been working on teaching them martial arts,(Wushu)together. Both my son and daugther can read, and write already, and we were thinking about sending them to piano lessons when they turned 6.We were wondering, are we being too hard on them like my father in law was on my husband to be good at everything?

I don’t think you are necessarily being too hard on them but remember they are only 4. I do applaud you for teaching them another language. When you are young is the time to learn. The Wushu can be good exercise as long as it’s not over done. Just keep it fun and give them lots of hugs and kisses. You are spending time with your kids and that is what is most important.
